The practice is determined to deliver culturally secure, holistic primary care to Aboriginal people across Perth Metropolitan and the Wheatbelt region. At the heart of their service is the framework which positions culture, community, and connection as core to healthcare delivery. The Requirements
FRACGP or FACRRM Experience with delivering culturally secure primary health care – ideally in ACCHS (Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Care) Proven leadership and clinical governance capability Deep understanding of Aboriginal health, trauma-informed practice, and cultural safety Robust alignment with Aboriginal-led models of care and self-determination Package
