* $80,000 - $100,000+ super + UNCAPPED commission (OTE $150K+ Year 1, $180K - $200k Year 2, Sky is the limit Year 3)

What do you do?
* Make outbound calls to B2B clients across various industries
* Manage a warm lead pipeline and identify new sales opportunities
* Confidently present and pitch tailored solutions over the phone
* Negotiate deals, close with conviction, and hit KPIs
* Work with a tight-knit team that celebrates success
* Collaborate with the sales manager and marketing team to refine strategies
What do you need?
* 1–2 years in phone-based B2B sales, outbound calling, or similar
* Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
* Competitive nature and hunger to earn above your base
* Organised, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure
* A strong work ethic and desire to progress in a high-performance team
