Position Requirements
Perform a wide range of tradesman assistance tasks under direction from a qualified tradesman and basic maintenance and servicing to tools and equipment such as mowers, whipper snippers and irrigation repairs.
Maintaining campus grounds to ensure they remain clean, tidy and presentable.
Ability to perform a broad range of general services, including furniture relocations, cleaning fleet vehicles, physical setup of special events/functions and basic grounds maintenance tasks as directed.
Ability to work in compliance with Workplace Health and Safety regulations.
Capability to perform effectively both alone and in a team environment.
