Roller Operator and Labourer
* $42 per hour + Penalties

About Our Client
Our client is seeking a skilled Roller Operator and Labourer to join their civil construction team based in the Murwillumbah area.
What You Will Be Doing
* Operate smooth drum, padfoot, and multi-tyre rollers for compaction on roads, subdivisions, and infrastructure works
* Perform general civil labouring tasks including trench digging, pipe laying, site clean-up, formwork assistance, and material handling
* Follow site plans, levels, and instructions from supervisors and site managers
* Conduct pre-start checks and report maintenance or safety issues promptly
* Work effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines and quality standards
* Maintain strong safety practices and comply with all company WHS policies
What You Will Need
* Current drivers licence
* White Card
* Previous experience as a roller operator
* Roller ticket
