Strategic Customer Success
* Develop a deep understanding of Apptio products and solutions.
* Cultivate strategic partnerships with customers to drive business growth.
* Work closely with Professional Services teams to ensure seamless onboarding and transition processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Shared Managed Services delivery teams to ensure customer technical outcomes and month-end processes are met.
* Advocate for customer needs cross-departmentally to drive value from Apptio products.
* Monitor and resolve active customer support tickets in a timely manner.
* Provide platform health expertise, educating customers on best practices and ensuring platform health.
* Communicate effectively with Account and Customer Success team members to improve customer outcomes.
* Manage assigned customer portfolios, ensuring regular updates, issues, actions, and escalations are managed appropriately.
