What We Will Offer You
* Traineeship for two (2) years with potential for ongoing employment
* Obtain a nationally accredited Certificate III or IV qualification
* Above award rates! Commencing salary of $1,654.80 gross per fortnight plus superannuation (at 18 years of age or older), varying rates subject to age and experience as per award provisions

Types of tasks / activities completed in the role
* Provide quality customer service and support to all users of the Civic Theatre
* Provide operational and administrative support for performances, events, and venue activities
* Undertake all training, study and assessment requirements to complete the traineeship

This traineeship will provide you with the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge in venue operations and administration whilst being supported to learn and grow in a friendly, fun and enjoyable working environment. Across 24 months you will work full time (38-hour week) alongside experienced supervisors and colleagues, gaining hands‐on industry experience and receiving 3 hours paid study time per week towards achieving a nationally recognised Certificate III or IV qualification.
What You Will Need To Succeed
* Willingness to undertake the requirements of a traineeship
* A current Class P1, P2 or C Driver Licence (or willingness to obtain)
* Enthusiasm, motivation and an eagerness to learn all aspects of theatre operations
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* A desire to treat others with respect and work safely to meet Work Health and Safety requirements
