**Job Description**:
We currently have a great opportunity for YOU to accelerate your success by joining our Workplace Management Services team.
Integrate with our client in their corporate premises, providing "hotel style" levels of service to the internal guest, our client's employees. Your dedication to the role ensures that these guests are able to remain productive and thrive in their work environment.
This role is responsible for the successful execution of all workplace and employee experience, coordination of events, including client (internal and external) liaison, food & beverage, and administration support to the management team. It operates on a Monday-Friday roster and encompasses a variety of responsibilities that will provide you with versatility, flexibility, opportunity and will open up multiple career pathways that you may not have yet considered.
On a day-to-day basis you will:
- Plan for meetings and events by consulting with the client stakeholders, management, operational team and external catering providers
- Act as the conduit between all parties
- Oversee meeting and event catering quotes
- Deliver and facilitate the smooth running of meetings and events
- Maintain and build internal client and external partner relationships
- Perform timely follow up with clear communication
- Deliver professional customer service to the client in all communication pathways
- Ensure first class arrival experience for all hosts, facilitators, VIPs and guests, registration procedures have been followed and facilitators are provided with equipment required
- Be contactable for the duration of all Community events and provide Tier 1 tech support to all clients as required.

**Qualifications**:
- Experience working in high end service environments
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Exposure to delivering varied styles of events is desirable
- Experience in engaging with VIP clients as well as the ability to engage with and develop relationships with a diverse range of people
- IT savvy, including a basic understanding with the desire to further develop your skills in this space
- Strong administrations skills across the Microsoft office suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving skills, the ability to anticipate needs and a desire to go above and beyond for customers
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of presentation
