YOUR DAY-TO-DAY DUTIES:
* Assist in concrete pouring, mixing, and finishing
* General civil labouring, including site setup, formwork preparation, and cleanup
* Help with concrete delivery and distribution on site
* Site cleanup, including removing debris and excess materials
* Assist trades and operators as required, including supporting excavators and other machinery on‐site
* Perform site safety checks to ensure compliance with regulations
* Work alongside concrete crews, learning the best industry practices
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Some experience as a concrete labourer, with a understanding of concrete placement, finishing, and related tasks
* Ability to work well in a fast‐paced, team‐oriented environment
* White Card
* Reliable transport and a valid driver's license (some sites are in remote areas)
* Strong adherence to safety standards and procedures
