Overview

Account Partner - Domain at CoStar Group. Domain is a leading property technology and services marketplace in Australia. This role involves consultative solution selling to property developer clients across Victoria (VIC), with ownership of a client portfolio and the goal of revenue growth, product adoption, and enhanced brand loyalty.


Responsibilities

* Own a portfolio of property developer clients across VIC and drive revenue growth through consultative solution selling (virtual and in-person).
* Deepen customer relationships, promote adoption of Domain products, and position Domain as an embedded solution and valuable business partner.
* Lead the full sales cycle from initial meetings and demonstrations to building a business case, contract execution, and account performance reporting.
* Present Domain insights to key stakeholders and participate in customer events and sales meetings.
* Strategise and implement business growth initiatives; proactively maintain relationships and introduce new/featured products to solve client problems.
* Provide world-class customer service and resolve client queries and operational/account issues efficiently.
* Offer market feedback on conditions, competitive activities, and potential opportunities or barriers.
* Expand knowledge to become an industry expert on tech solutions for the Real Estate Developer space.


Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college.
* Proven success in B2B consultative selling / account management.
* Comfort with longer sales cycles and relationships that develop over time.
* Experience crafting custom product solutions or bundles addressing client needs.
* Strong negotiation, objection handling, and ability to drive win-win outcomes and lasting partnerships.
* Curiosity about data, insights, and real estate; ability to communicate ROI and business impact clearly.
* Public speaking and in-person presentation skills to client sales teams and decision-makers.
* Drive and resilience to meet sales targets; ability to travel to visit clients; car allowance provided.


Nice To Have

* Experience in Real Estate, Media, Advertising or Software industries.
* Face-to-face sales experience.
* Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
