Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Store Manager to lead our team.
The successful candidate will have direct responsibility for leading, coaching, and training a team of up to 20 team members, driving the Ghanda values with their store team, maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines, liaising with the stock allocator, and preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports, and store/team compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated leadership experience, leading from the front, empowering teams, and embodying a leadership style aligned with organisational values.
* Customer-centric mindset, nailing fundamentals, and taking retail seriously.
* Similar experience in a retail/hospitality role; however, attitude is valued over experience.
