We are seeking a Parts Interpreter to provide exceptional service to our customers and internal stakeholders. This role involves ensuring timely and accurate supply of quality parts, collaborating with a small team, and maintaining delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with a small team to identify and supply parts according to customer needs
* Provide exceptional service to external customers and internal stakeholders
* Maintain and update records using Microsoft Dynamics
* Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and over the counter
Requirements:
* Proactive approach to problem resolution and meeting customer expectations
* Demonstrated experience in spare parts interpreting
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Possess intermediate to advanced computer skills; experience with Microsoft Dynamics is highly regarded
