* You bring a mix of technical knowledge, strong communication skills, customer service excellence, and a collaborative spirit.
* You have experience with library systems and support others with technology, and are committed to inclusion and continuous improvement.
* You are organised, adaptable, able to support staff and volunteers across multiple locations, and comfortable with emerging technology. You either hold or are willing to obtain a Paid NSW Working With Children Check.

Why you'll love working at Wollongong City Council

* True work-life balance with hybrid options, flex-time, and rostered days off.
* Great working conditions with a 35-hour work week or a 9-day fortnight and regular rostered day off.
* Career growth and recognition through reward programs, corporate learning opportunities, study assistance, and leadership development.
* Generous leave provisions: five weeks of annual leave per year (pro rata) and long service leave after five years.
* Health, safety, and wellbeing programs, including Employee Assistance Program, health checks, vaccinations, and discounted gym memberships.
* A vibrant social culture with regular events and activities.
