Lead Retail Sales
We are seeking an experienced and driven sales professional to join our team as a Store Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a leadership position, make an immediate impact, and gain valuable experience in a dynamic retail environment.
This role involves leading day-to-day store operations, ensuring high standards in customer service, visual merchandising, and store presentation. You will be responsible for driving store performance to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
You will also manage, mentor, and develop a team to deliver consistently high results, monitor inventory, stock levels, and oversee ordering to ensure optimal availability. Additionally, you will manage rostering, wages, and operational budgets in line with company guidelines, ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in retail sales management (minimum 2 years preferred)
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Commercial acumen, including understanding of budgets, stock control, and wage management
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Results-driven with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
* Forklift licence desirable (or willingness to obtain)
