About the Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and diligent HR Officer to support our People & Culture team across a broad range of HR functions.
* Act as the primary point of contact for managing the HR inbox, responding to queries and ensuring timely follow-up
* Provide clear and concise guidance on HR policies, leave entitlements, and navigating internal systems
* Support employees with inquiries around payroll, Short-Term Incentives, and general HR processes
* Run reports and maintain accurate data across HR platforms, including recognition systems
* Assist in preparing tailored HR reports that inform business decisions
* Serve as a friendly and approachable first point of contact for employee inquiries
* Contribute to recruitment by supporting behavioral-based interviews
* Help manage Workplace Health and Safety Committee meetings, including minute-taking and action tracking
* Coordinate team events and meetings that foster collaboration and teamwork
* Play a key role in reviewing policies and supporting engagement, culture, and diversity initiatives
