About this Role
This role involves maintaining outdoor spaces by undertaking general gardening duties. Key responsibilities include:
* Weeding, mulching, planting, mowing, pruning, and hedging plants to ensure a well-manicured appearance.
* Removal and replacement of plants as required, adhering to relevant health and safety protocols.
* Applying fertilizers and chemicals in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
* Watering plants, top-soiling, and removing raking leaves to maintain soil quality and aesthetic appeal.
* Irrigation maintenance to optimize water efficiency and plant growth.
* Assisting with waste management and landfill duties as directed by management.
