Key duties and responsibilities: Power Platform developers will be responsible for creating intricate forms and workflows driven by user stories and business requirements. They will configure Microsoft Power Platform features, connectors, and Dataverse to facilitate seamless data flows across various systems, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 services, and other enterprise platforms. Additionally, developers will design and customize the Power Pages interface to ensure a user-friendly and accessible experience. They will actively collaborate within a multidisciplinary agile project team and contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of technical design documentation.
Requirements Response must be as a one-page pitch addressing the essential criteria: Proven experience and expertise in Power Pages, including developing and configuring portals that integrate with both internal and external services, as well as other data sources, using modern authentication and authorization standards. Skilled in Power Automate, developing and configuring cloud flows with standard/custom connectors to support complex workflows and approval chains, incorporating custom notifications, and utilising data operations to manipulate and implement business logic with comprehensive error handling. Proficient in Power Pipelines, building and using pipelines to package and deploy Microsoft Power Platform solutions across multiple environments. Proficient in Power Apps, creating applications to enhance or extend Microsoft Power Platform solutions, with expertise in Power BI for developing insightful reports and dashboards. Strong knowledge of Dataverse, including experience in data modelling, building tables, defining business rules, creating views and forms, and implementing security measures to protect information managed by the solution. Proven experience in the following areas: developing with Microsoft Azure and M365 cloud services, integrating Dataverse APIs, managing source control, builds, and deployments through Azure DevOps, and tracking and managing tasks using Azure DevOps or M365 Planner. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, effectively communicating progress and work item status relative to agreed deadlines. A practical approach to adjusting project direction and scope based on new insights and information. Skilled in collaborating with geographically distributed teams and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
