The Role
We are seeking a passionate Export & Customer Care Representative to join our enthusiastic team in Smeaton Grange.
This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service across Australia and international markets, working closely with retailers, distributors, and consumers. You will also manage the export of pet products globally, ensuring compliance with Masterpet, customer, and regulatory requirements.
What you will do:
* Provide outstanding customer service through timely and accurate responses to inquiries;
* Organise, plan, and execute international exports in line with regulatory and customer requirements;
* Manage customer and consumer enquiries via Salesforce and other internal systems;
* Ensure accurate order processing and collaborate with the warehouse for on-time, in-full delivery;
* Maintain and secure necessary permits and certificates for exports;
* Monitor regulatory changes and proactively address challenges;
* Drive customer engagement and deliver a service experience that exceeds expectations.
What we are looking for:
* Experience: 2+ years' experience in FMCG or pet specialty, with a focus on export management;
* Tech savvy: Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint) and ability to learn internal systems such as Salesforce quickly;
* Mindset: A "can-do" attitude with with a high degree of emotional intelligence and attention to detail;
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder and customer groups.
