Step into a key role where you'll oversee the weekly maintenance schedule, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Your work will directly support the availability and reliability of operations, under the guidance of the Maintenance Superintendent.You'll be working across the Albany Zone (Terminal and/ or Country) on a 4:4 or 7:7 roster, with regular overnight travel required.This opportunity is available as either a full-timeFixed term or a Permanent role —offering options to align with your professional journey.Responsibilities include:Collaborate with the planner and managers to prioritise work requests and develop the weekly maintenance schedulesSupport the maintenance team and contractors to execute the schedules with discipline, ensuring that maintenance activities are recorded consistently and accurately in a timely mannerContribute to the development and improvement of preventive maintenance plansAbout you:Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, mentor and develop maintenance teamsDemonstrated ability to set maintenance work management and execution standards, and to hold teams and contractors to these standardsSAP experienceWhy work with CBH?
