Human Resources Specialist
This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on site operations while supporting the growth, collaboration, and well-being of our teams.
We are seeking a skilled HR specialist to join our team as a vital member, working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple project sites. In this role, you will provide comprehensive HR support to the site teams at Eastern Guruma, playing a key role in fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace.
Responsibilities:
* Advising site management and employees on company policies and procedures.
* Supporting disciplinary processes and conflict resolution to maintain harmony and compliance.
* Assisting in the implementation of HR strategies, policies, and initiatives.
* Contributing to employee relations, performance management, and various HR-driven projects.
Requirements:
* Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a HR Advisor with exposure across HR Investigations, performance management, and performance review.
* Broad knowledge of HR/IR requirements and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Strong ethics and good personal judgement.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Team-oriented mindset.
