Overview
Guide Healthcare is a young business with energy and enthusiasm. We partner with organisations who share a commitment to improving people's quality of life. Our Guidians focus on the individual, tailoring support to each person's needs rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Our team includes Physios, OTs, Podiatrists, Speechies, Dietitians and EPs who deliver face-to-face care or via Telehealth when needed. Behind the scenes, other team members support the clinicians so they can focus on what matters.
We honour a culture of creativity, engagement, and evidence-based practice, and we celebrate the achievements and abilities of our patients and clients as they pursue their goals in residential aged care, at home, or while living with a disability. Our cross-site competitions and RISÉ awards illustrate our commitment to making care fun, engaging and person-centered.
Who is a Guidian and what do they do?
Guidians guide our patients and clients toward their goals. They work across aged care, home and disability settings to support individuals in achieving the outcomes that matter to them.
We value a diverse, dynamic schedule where no two days are the same. We enjoy a culture that mixes purpose with a sense of fun and healthy competition.
