Hudson is supporting our client as they enter an exciting local growth phase, capitalizing on global business and manufacturing expansion.This role seeks a driven, entrepreneurial leader to establish new business streams, processes, and opportunities, as well as manage existing key clients and accounts across the Australian market with an NSW influence.Main ResponsibilitiesThe role will have a 50/50 split between Account Management (retention of key accounts) and Business Development, requiring strategy development to increase market share.Devise and implement development plans for the successful growth of our NSW business, providing technical sales support for the full range of building products.Develop annual sales and marketing plans with forecasts for regions, targeting existing and new clients.Negotiate technical and commercial details of proposals and close sales within company limits, maximizing margins where possible.Maintain and build strong, long-lasting client relationships locally and internationally.Manage the entire sales pipeline, including identifying potential clients, preparing sales collateral, reviewing agreements, forecasting sales, and setting up systems.Collaborate with sales, engineering, operations, and manufacturing teams across the business nationally.Skills & ExperienceExperience in Infrastructure, Engineering, Construction, or Building industries in a leadership, account, or business management role.Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels, internally and externally.Proven ability to articulate the advantages of products within the commercial, industrial, and residential construction sectors.Ability to prepare reports, analyze data, build reports, and make strategic recommendations based on trends.A strong background in Sales, Products, Engineering, or relevant degree qualifications in sales is highly desirable.Please apply directly or send your resume to andrew.hendra@hudson.com.To learn more or submit your application confidentially, please apply online using the provided link or contact us directly.
