About This Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Project Planning and Scheduling Manager. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in project planning, scheduling, and project controls, with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and maintain accurate project plans, reports, charts, schedules, databases, and records to facilitate informed decision-making.
* Analyze and monitor project programs, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions as needed.
* Maintain and update the Project Master Schedule and other site schedules using Primavera P6 software.
* Prepare regular program reports for key stakeholders, both internal and external.
Requirements
* Australian citizenship at the time of application.
* A Government Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
* At least 5 years' experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in building/construction projects.
* Advanced knowledge of project planning, scheduling, project controls, and program benchmarking.
* Proficiency in Primavera P6 software.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications.
