Job Overview:
The Lead Sourcing Specialist plays a key role in driving proactive talent sourcing for strategic workforce initiatives and projects.
Main Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop innovative approaches to recruitment, ensuring compliance with legislative frameworks.
* Work effectively with team members and stakeholders to design and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business reforms and legislative requirements.
* Conduct research and analysis across jurisdictions to inform best practices and process improvements.
* Analyse complex data to identify opportunities for efficient and effective service delivery.
* Develop expertise in existing technologies and methodologies to enhance recruitment outcomes.
* Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gain support for business reforms and improve staff commitment.
* Provide accurate and timely analysis on strategic recruitment data, balancing competing priorities and timeframes.
* Stay up-to-date with current trends, policy, and legislative reform to ensure sourcing strategies are effective and compliant.
* Maintain technical knowledge of best practice recruitment approaches in a dynamic environment.
Essential Requirements:
* Prior experience in strategy development and workforce planning.
* 5 years of experience across HR functions, with a focus on contemporary recruitment sourcing in complex environments.
* Government experience is preferred but not essential.
* Experience beyond resource planning/management is desirable.
