Exciting Opportunity: Clinical Educator
This role is available as full-time or part-time with applicants required to be available on specific days. It is an ideal opportunity for a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Physiotherapist who is enthusiastic about clinical education, mentoring, and professional development within the aged care sector.
Responsibilities
* Develop, deliver, and coordinate nursing education programs that support best-practice clinical care.
* Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and evidence-based practices.
* Align education initiatives with organisational development needs.
* Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
This role involves travel between metro sites to deliver clinical training. Occasional rural or remote travel may also be required and will be negotiated as needed
Key Requirements
* Significant clinical nursing experience, preferably in aged care or acute care settings.
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist.
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
* Strong background in developing and delivering clinical education programs.
* Experience in mentoring, coaching, and supporting nursing teams.
