About the Role
Step into a meaningful role where your lived experience as a carer helps families feel supported and understood. You'll connect with carers early in the consumer journey, nurture strong relationships and champion inclusive, compassionate care across the Cramond Clinic.
• Build supportive contact with families and carers
• Guide carers through the consumer journey
• Strengthen links with community support networks
• Work closely with clinical and lived experience teams
• Contribute to team meetings and skill development sessions
About You
You'll thrive here if you bring your lived experience as a carer and feel confident supporting families with empathy, clarity and connection. We're looking for someone grounded, collaborative and ready to make a real difference.
• Cert IV in non-clinical Mental Health or working towards it
• Confident interact with consumers, families and carers
• Keep clear boundaries while working as part of a team
• Present info clearly and communicate with ease
• Draw on personal caring experience to guide family recovery
