Optical Sales Strategist Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Optical Sales Strategist to lead our sales strategy for Optical solutions in the ANZ region. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Country Manager and pre-sales engineer to define and execute IP and Optical sales strategies.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of sales experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on IP and Optical selling into Service Providers, Channel, and verticals in Australia, New Zealand, and Pacific Islands.

* Develop a comprehensive sales strategy for Optical solutions in the ANZ region.
* Recruit and train new channel partners to develop pipeline opportunities.
* Identify top direct and indirect sales opportunities to build a sales plan that exceeds quota.
