About the Role
* Facilitate family dispute resolution and mediation processes
* Support parents to develop workable parenting and property arrangements
* Conduct family assessments and intake
* Work within a trauma-informed, strengths-based framework
* Collaborate with an established and supportive team
Location: Mildura or Swan Hill Onsite only - no work from home
What's on Offer
* $91,913 - $109,249 base salary + super + salary packaging
* 35-hour full-time work week
* 0.6-1.0 EFT (3-5 days per week available)
* 12 personal leave days, increasing to 14 after 2 years and up to 21 days after 5 years
* Up to $3,000 relocation assistance
* Extensive professional development and supervision - excellent for new graduates
Essential Requirements
* Graduate Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution (mandatory)
* Eligibility for FDR Practitioner registration
* Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
* Experience working with complex family dynamics and risk
* Commitment to child-focused, culturally safe practice
