Job Title: Customer Service and Administration Support
Caps and Closures Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative and Administration Support to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts, making sales calls, maintaining a database of prospects, and providing high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage existing customer accounts and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
* Make sales calls to potential clients and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
* Maintain and expand the database of prospects by researching new business opportunities.
* Provide exceptional customer service and product advice through phone, email, or in-person interactions.
* Meet set sales targets and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Answer all incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
* Arrange product samples for customers as required.
* Cover staff leave in Sales, Administration, and Production Planning.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Sales or customer service experience in the packaging industry or an associated field.
* Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
* Self-motivated, positive, and energetic attitude with a professional demeanor.
* Great organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
* Computer competence in internet, email, Word, CRM, and Excel.
