The Role:We're looking for a Solutions Developer to take projects from start to finish. You'll work closely with the business to understand requirements and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. This hands-on role gives you the chance to shape technology strategy and drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end projects: requirements, design, build, testing, deployment
* Translate business needs into functional designs, prototypes, process flows, and documentation
* Provide technical governance and architecture oversight
* Develop, test, and deploy systems in an Agile / CI-CD environment
* Support information systems administration and mentor team members
Skills and Experience:
* Proven enterprise development or consulting experience
* Strong hands-on skills with C# and .NET (Visual Studio)
* Experience with CMS platforms (Sitefinity preferred)
* Proficient in JavaScript, HTML5, JSON, Agile, and CI/CD
* B2B business experience; Google Analytics/SEO knowledge
* Bonus: Webstore platforms (Magento, MIYA, BigCommerce), ERP/CRM systems, PHP development, integration tools
