**Overview**
The Change Analyst will assess the change and communication needs of various project streams and support teams within Digital Program project team, for planning and execution of program communication to internal and external This role requires effective communication and change analysis skills and ability to tailor the approach to suit the program's ways of working.
The Change Analyst is responsible for delivering change activities including assessment, analysis, development, documentation, and implementation of change to ensure successful implementation of the Program. The role is responsible for managing stakeholder expectations about the program, generating buy-in to the solution, ensuring organisational alignment to deliver business engagement and change readiness.
The role involves conducting change analysis and change impact assessments and developing and delivering effective change plans and change reporting. The Change Analyst will work closely with the Product Owners, Program/Program Managers, Change Managers, and other Change Analysts to drive successful engagement, delivery and adoption of new system processes and changes.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Develops strong working relationships with internal and external partners and suppliers who are contributing to the change.
- Work closely with all stream and program stakeholders to ensure pre-school and school staff are well prepared for system implementation.
- Conduct change needs assessment across stream's projects of work.
- Plan, develop and deliver program communication, artefacts, and training.
- Identifies and outlines any project and change management risks and mitigations.
- Manage and maintain change management strategy.
- Support Product Owners, Program/Program Managers, Change Managers, and other Change Analysts to drive successful engagement, delivery and adoption of new system processes and changes.
- Provide advice and support to technical support teams.
