About This Role
In this Permanent Part‑Time Pharmacist opportunity within Cancer Services, you will deliver specialised cancer pharmacy care to inpatients, outpatients and day patients within the Division of Cancer Services. Working within a supportive interprofessional team, you will contribute to safe, evidence‑based medication management while developing your clinical expertise in oncology pharmacy.
* Provide clinical assessment, therapeutic interventions and patient education in cancer care
* Manage an allocated caseload using sound clinical judgement, prioritisation and documentation
* Contribute to quality improvement, education and service development under senior guidance
About You
You are a motivated pharmacist with a strong commitment to patient‑centred care, collaboration and continuous learning. You enjoy working in complex clinical environments and are keen to build your oncology pharmacy experience within a high‑performing team.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver safe, evidence‑based and compassionate pharmacy care
* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams

The Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH) is a tertiary health care centre providing care in most major adult specialties. We provide world class health care to Brisbane City's southern suburbs across emergency, medical, mental health and surgical services, including liver and kidney transplant, and are nationally recognised for expertise in trauma management and organ transplants. PAH hosts Australia's most advanced medical research facility, the Translational Research Institute (TRI), and a new Clinical Research Facility to trial TRI discoveries. We are expanding our hospital with more beds, modernising buildings and improving spaces to treat kidney and cancer patients, with new services and facilities planned to open by 2027.
