We're seeking a Registered Nurse to provide person-centred care across community and clinic settings, supporting the health and wellbeing of individuals and families within our region.
About the Role: As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality nursing services to eligible clients in their homes and clinic environments.
This role supports nurses across a range of experience levels, from novice practitioners to those developing proficient levels of professional practice.
You will consolidate your clinical knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development and hands-on experience, while maintaining accountability for your own standards of care and for tasks delegated to others.
In this role, you will play a vital part in providing holistic care that supports recovery, independence, and improved health outcomes.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will help ensure that community members receive the care and support they need, where and when they need it most.
What We're Looking For: Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
Must have at least two years post basic experience.
