About your service: Extend at St Patrick's College Ballarat
Location: Ballarat Central, VIC.
Position: Casual
Hourly Rate: $43 to $45 Per Hour + Super

Role
* After School Care: 2:30PM to 6:00 PM.
* Monday to Friday.
* Paid administrative time and regular training and development opportunities.
Your Impact: Key Responsibilities
* Be the Visionary: You're the boss of the service! You'll plan and program epic science experiments, sports tournaments, fun educational activities and creative arts that kids actually want to do!
* Safety First, Fun Always: Lead a safe, inclusive environment while every child feels like a rockstar.
* Chef it up: Whip up healthy, tasty snacks that keep the energy levels high.
* Champion Quality: Work with your Programs Engagement Manager on Assessment & Ratings with the full backing of our compliance experts at our unit TEG Compass.
* The Community Connector: Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful, integrated OSHC programs.
* The Clockwork Catalyst: Manage the day-to-day "business" of the service, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
What You Bring to the Mix
* The Qualification: You've got (or are studying toward) a Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care and more. Check with us if your qualification is approved!
* The Vibe: You're warm, engaging, and have a "can-do" attitude.
* The Essentials: A valid Working With Children Check, Child Protection Training Certificate, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management (willingness to obtain).
