Your new role We are seeking aHighly skilled and experienced Site Manager to take charge of this exciting$30M mixed-use commercial project in Sutherland Shire from start to finish. Inthis role, you will: Coordinate all on-site construction activities. Manage subcontractors, foremen, suppliers, and consultants. Liaise with clients to ensure smooth communication and project delivery. Monitor progress and address any challenges. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. What you'll need to succeed To excel in thisrole, you will bring: Proven experience as a Site Manager on large commercial and retail construction projects, valued more than $50M. Good longevity within previous roles, ideally within reputable Tier 1 or 2 companies. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Exceptional problem-solving abilities. A commitment to excellence, teamwork, and safety.
