This position reports to the Manager Community Relations and is responsible for the coordination and delivery of operational services at the Katherine Visitor Information Centre (VIC), Katherine Museum and Katherine Public Library.
* Primary duties of this role are.
* Rostering and management of staff across all sites to ensure continuity of operations
* Ensuring smooth operation of all sites e.g., compliance with budget, effective use of resources and compliance with policies and procedures
* Oversight of safety, security, and presentation of each venue
* Compliance with funding agreements, assisting with funding applications and acquittals
* Maintaining strong partnerships with tourism operators, educational institutions, and local businesses
* Ensuring activation of spaces to maximise opportunities for engagement of both locals and visitors
