About the Role Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day accounting operations while gaining exposure to a high-volume, fast-paced e-commerce environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with month-end close processes and journal entries Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations Support accounts payable and receivable functions Assist in BAS preparation and lodgement support Maintain general ledger accuracy Assist with inventory and cost of goods sold (COGS) reconciliation Support financial reporting and analysis Liaise with internal teams regarding financial queries About You Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1-2 years' experience in an accounting or finance role (or strong internship experience) Strong understanding of accounting principles High attention to detail and accuracy Strong Excel skills Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Desirable (Not Essential) Experience in e-commerce, retail, or inventory-based businesses Exposure to accounting software such as Xero or Microsoft Dynamics What's on Offer Work with a growing e-commerce business Career progression and development opportunities Supportive and collaborative team environment Exposure to end-to-end accounting processes Convenient Silverwater location with parking available If you are interested in the role, apply within or please send your updated resume to.
