The role
* Managing landlord and tenant relationships with professionalism and care
* Coordinating repairs and maintenance to a high standard
* Conducting routine inspections and managing outgoings
* Handling arrears, lease renewals, and rent reviews

About you
You're already in Property Management and:
* Hold a COR or Real Estate Licence
* Are polished, confident, and well spoken
* Thrive on organisation, structure, and accountability
