This is a remote position where you will be responsible for administration, bookkeeping and financial services.

Beyond standard accounting practices, this role requires exceptional analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide insights to clients or employer.

Responsibilities include:

* Administration tasks such as raising invoices with Xero, linking jobs to XPM and ensuring job states are up-to-date
">
* Checking invoices and closing off jobs after allocation
">
* Going through daily documents and sending relevant ATO documents out through Smart docs
">
* Staying on top of ASIC debts for clients using Nowinfinity
">
* Sending tax returns via FYI & Annature
">
* Onboarding new clients and sending out ethical letters
">
* Reconciling accounts
">
* Processing payroll for clients
">
* Developing and assisting with preparation of BAS statements
">
">
">
Requirements:
">
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
">
* A qualification in accounting or bookkeeping such as a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping or higher
">
* Several years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, with a proven track record of managing financial records and preparing financial reports
">
* Proficiency in using bookkeeping software such as Xero, XPM, MYOB
">
* Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel
">
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
">
* Exceptional analytical skills
