Our head office is conveniently located in Tweed Heads, offering a central base for this exciting hybrid role.In this rewarding role, you'll play a pivotal role in:Developing individualised treatment plans that prioritise client strengths, needs, and goals, working closely with families and support networks.Helping clients improve daily living skills and participation in their chosen communities, fostering independence and well-being.Utilising evidence-based mental health interventions such as cognitive rehabilitation, mindfulness training, or vocational rehabilitation.Providing advanced clinical supervision to junior therapists and students, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.Collaborating effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless client care.We are looking for someone who:Holds a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy with extensive experience in mental health occupational therapy.Possesses an in-depth understanding of how occupational performance relates to mental health conditions.Demonstrates expertise in mental health occupational therapy assessment tools and intervention strategies.Possesses extensive experience within the NDIS sector and has a proven ability to write comprehensive, high-quality functional assessment reports including SIL/ILO/SDA.Has a proven ability to assess and address needs related to activities of daily living, functional performance, and social participation.Is a strong advocate for a client-centered approach and fosters positive relationships with all stakeholders.Possesses exceptional written and verbal communication skills to document progress, collaborate with clients and families, and advocate for client needs.Holds current AHPRA registration, valid Working with Children Check (WWCC), National Police Check, and a valid Australian driver's license.Has a commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with evidence-based practices.We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your career growth and well-being, including:Competitive salary and car allowance to recognise your expertise and contributions.Flexible work arrangements (hybrid role) to achieve a healthy work-life balance.CPD training allowance to help you stay at the forefront of your field.Supportive and collaborative team environment where you can learn, grow, and make a real difference.Opportunity to develop a client base in your local community (Gold Coast to Lismore region).Evolve Therapy Collective is more than just a workplace.
