Job Title:
An IT Support Specialist is required to deliver flexible, inclusive education and training services that meet the evolving needs of diverse learners and communities.
This role involves providing expert support in SharePoint administration, configuration, and management, as well as developing and implementing automated workflows using Power Automate.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of SharePoint records, demonstrated experience in information management systems, and strong commitment to quality customer service.
Key responsibilities include improving site navigation, cleansing unused documents and libraries, documenting maintenance procedures, and monitoring performance and health.
They will also possess experience in developing workflows and integrating SharePoint with the Microsoft 365 environment.
