About The Role
You will support the daily operations of the property, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for every guest. This is a hands-on role suited to a hospitality professional who thrives on connection, organisation and attention to detail.
You will be responsible for:
* Managing guest arrivals and departures including check-ins and check-outs
* Welcoming guests and escorting them to their suites, providing property orientation
* Delivering welcome drinks and welcome platters
* Acting as concierge, contacting guests prior to arrival and coordinating personalised itineraries
* Coordinating and delivering Risby Cove guest experiences
* Managing reception operations, enquiries and reservations support
* Maintaining accurate guest records and administrative coordination
* Overseeing housekeeping workflow and conducting room inspections to ensure exceptional presentation standards
* Coordinating room service and guest requests
* Assisting with ordering and stock coordination
* Supporting events, functions and special guest moments
* Assisting front of house in the restaurant as required
* Supporting social media and guest experience storytelling

Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in a similar guest services, front office or hospitality role
* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly desirable:
* Concierge or guest experience coordination experience
* Experience assisting with events or functions
* Familiarity with hotel booking systems
