This is a dynamic role in sales and business development focused on airside equipment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth, delivering exceptional service, and building strong client relationships.
The successful candidate will work closely with consultants, contractors, and end-users to promote and sell Smardt Air/TICA AHUs, FCUs, and FWUs across VIC/TAS.
Promoting and selling airside equipment requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of HVAC systems and design principles. This includes knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
The key duties include:
* Promote and sell AHUs, FCUs, Fan Wall Units to clients in VIC/TAS.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Collaborate with colleagues to promote and sell chillers and heat pumps.
* Provide tailored solutions to meet client HVAC needs effectively.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Develop compelling proposals and presentations for clients.
* Work with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
* Support team members in achieving collective sales and operational goals.
This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, technical knowledge of HVAC systems, and experience in sales or account management within the industry.
Key qualifications include:
* Demonstrated experience in sales or account management within the HVAC industry.
* Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
* Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
* Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, business, or diploma in refrigeration.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Possess a valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
