**About the role**
As a Care Service Employee you'll get to know your residents by supporting their choices, preferences and needs during your shifts. We are hiring for Carers on a **permanent part time** basis. The Centre have a variety of shifts on offer which will be discussed during interview
**Duties may include**:
- Assistance with a wide range of Person-Centered care in accordance with care plans
- Assistance with medication
- Simple wound dressing
- Assistance with activities under supervision
- Working with each resident to continue to do the things they love
**Skills & experience**
- Previous experience as a Care Service Employee (desirable)
- Transferrable skills in providing care and compassion to others
- Certificate III in Individual Support is desirable or a willingness to obtain
- We encourage Nursing students to apply
