About the jobMaintain high standards by thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, including making beds with precision, vacuuming floors, and cleaning bathrooms to ensure a pristine environment.Complete cleaning tasks efficiently within the hours allocated by the company.Collaborating with team members to meet daily cleaning targets and operational goals.Adhering to safety protocols and environmental standards.Using specialised cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively – with all training and tools provided.Building strong, professional relationships with team members, guests, and contractors to help foster a positive, respectful work environment.This role offers potential progression into Supervisor responsibilities, with all necessary training provided.Shift TimesShift Times Available (subject to change): Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday, with shifts starting at 8:00 amHourly RatesHourly Rates (excluding superannuation): Monday - Friday: $32.31 per hour; Saturday: $38.78 per hour; Sunday: $45.24 per hourQualificationsPrior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles will be highly regarded.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.Basic understanding of safe handling and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training will be provided).
