**About the Role**:
Centurion Transport is embarking on a significant technology transformation which will significantly impact the way we work and the services we offer. We are seeking 2 dedicated Project Managers to deliver several Business Improvement and Transformation projects ensuring they meet their objectives within scope, time, budget and quality constraints, and in line with Centurion's PMO Specialist methodologies. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Refine and uphold project management standards, ensuring clear accountability within the team to achieve project outcomes efficiently and effectively.
- Define and monitor project scope, budget, schedule, resourcing, work prioritization, and dependencies to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to encourage open feedback and minimize the impact of project changes.
- Oversee the use of appropriate project management methodologies, tools, and techniques to deliver quality outcomes, including benefits realization and risk management.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, ensuring effective mitigation and tracking of project success metrics such as timeliness, budget adherence, and benefit delivery.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Proven experience managing complex ICT or Business Transformation projects, with a background in multiple industries.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels both internally and externally.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead projects in dynamic, changing environments.
- Effective leadership skills, including team motivation, conflict resolution, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Results-driven, with the ability to respond to and balance competing priorities effectively.
- Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Certified Scrum Master, or Certified Product Owner) is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline is desirable.
