An excellent opportunity exists for a Physiotherapist to become part of our Residential Aged Care Services team, supporting clients across Melbourne's Outer Eastern suburbs. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about making a meaningful difference to the quality of life of older adults, within an innovative aged care environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Conducting detailed assessments, developing individualised care plans, and providing treatment to clients.
* Communicating effectively with residents, families, nursing staff, medical practitioners, allied health colleagues, case managers, and equipment providers.
* Prescribing and reviewing exercise programs, including the facilitation of exercise groups.
* Working closely with the broader clinical team and facility management to deliver tailored care that supports clients in achieving their goals.
* Efficiently managing your daily schedule, balancing both clinical and administrative responsibilities.
* Providing staff education, including falls prevention and manual handling sessions.

About You
* Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or an equivalent qualification recognised by AHPRA/APA).
* Current AHPRA registration (General).
* Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and risk management.
1. Appropriate working rights in Australia (with no visa restrictions).
2. A current National Police Check.
3. NDIS Worker Screening / Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
