Qualifications & experience
* At least 2 years of experience in garden maintenance or landscaping
* Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work
* Physically fit and healthy with a strong work ethic
* Valid driver's license
* Studying or completed a recognised course in Horticulture (beneficial)
Tasks & responsibilities
* Mowing, hedging, pruning, weeding
* Pest identification and treatment
* Implementing fertiliser programs
* Planting and soft landscaping
* Collaborating with team members and leading crews as needed
* Ensuring high quality work and client satisfaction
