As our new Administration Assistant, you will coordinate and perform the day-to-day administration requirements out of our Maryborough office.
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet and manage phone and email communications.
- General administration functions, such as filing and records management.
- Provide admin support to the local team.
- Petty cash, corporate card management, reconciliations.
What you bring
- Experience in a similar role and a friendly personality!
- Can-do attitude!
- Calm and well-organised approach to work.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Competency with database systems, financial and records management systems (desirable).
- Blue card and NDIS Worker Screening (we can help).
