Job Description
As part of our friendly Reservations team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests dreaming of their island escape. You will handle every booking with care, ensuring each detail is perfect long before our guests arrive in paradise.
About the role
* Process and input FIT reservations with accuracy and a smile, whilst following resort policies.
* Prioritising all bookings and enquiries, because every guest deserves prompt five star service.
* Managing daily tasks like no-shows, trace reports, and arrival checks (you enjoy keeping things in order).
* Sending professional and polished correspondence that reflects the resort's warm, welcoming tone.
* Ensure all rates match our published Rate Manual or promotions and seeking approval for any exceptions.
* Upholding resort standards in presentation, performance and safety – you are a proud ambassador of the Daydream spirit.

* Have a way with words, both spoken and written and can think on your feet to keep things running smoothly.
* Bring strong attention to detail (you notice the little things that make a big difference).
* Are super organised and can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
* Have a friendly, confident phone manner with great negotiation and selling skills.
* Love connecting with new people and can easily strike up a conversation.
* Keeps cool, calm and collected when things get busy.
* Have experience using Opera PMS (bonus points if you have done this in a resort setting!)
* Hold valid working rights in Australia.
