Technical Leadership Role
This is a highly specialized role where you will lead technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery, effectively communicating with stakeholders.
* Presentation skills are essential in this position as you will be representing the organization's technical and business concepts to various audiences.
* You will configure applications, workflows, and UI using your expertise to work collaboratively in culturally diverse teams.
* Identifying customer use cases, requirements, and inputs for successful deployment, you will also contribute innovative ideas for best practices and service offerings.
* Mentoring colleagues, customers, and partners on configuration best practices for ITOM, ITAM, SPM, and ITSM is another key responsibility in this role.
Qualifications
A strong understanding of Infrastructure and Operations Management combined with experience in influencing and consulting is required for success in this role.
* At least 3 years of experience and certification in areas such as ServiceNow Administration, IT Service Management, Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Provisioning and Governance are necessary qualifications.
Familiarity with ITIL, CMDB implementations, ITSM processes, software asset management, infrastructure knowledge, Windows Domain and Unix System Administration, and automation tools like Puppet, Chef, or Ansible is desirable.
